Our History

The Aggie Investment Club was founded in 2000 and has established itself as a top-tier student organization at Texas A&M. With over 2 decades of campus presence, AIC boasts an alumni network spanning a wide breadth of industries across the globe.

Our Mission

Our mission is to encourage students to think independently, creatively, and intelligently about investing. We aim to provide students with opportunities for career preparation and self-improvement through our finance development program, equity fund, travel series, stock pitches, and general meetings.

Our Programs

  • General (SAW) Meetings

Our General Meetings consist of either an industry speaker or a Securities Analysis Workshop (SAW). Learn more about our general meetings on our programs page.

Our Funds

Learn more on the pages under “Associated Funds”

  • AIC’s Equity Fund is the largest student-run fund on campus, managing approximately $70,000 in assets. We focus on researching small-cap equity ideas through rigorous fundamental research under a value-based approach.

  • Add

  • AIC’s Philanthropy Fund is a student-led initiative dedicated to giving back to small businesses and strengthening the local community in the College Station–Bryan area. We support impactful, locally focused efforts by directing resources where they can make a tangible difference.

AIC Socials

One of our main goals is to foster a welcoming and inclusive finance community on campus where members can openly share ideas and learn from one another. We strongly believe that the best ideas about making money are meant to be shared, not kept to oneself. Beyond collaboration, our socials also give members a chance to unwind after a busy week of classes. In recent years, we’ve hosted events such as tailgates, pickleball tournaments, ice skating, and even a crawfish boil!
