Portfolio Breakdown

The AIC Equity Fund provides students the opportunity to work together together to pitch actionable investment ideas, and then execute those ideas with real capital. With Fall 2023 being it’s inaugural semester, the AIC portfolio is in the early stages of being built. Visit the “Stock Ideas & Decisions” tab to see our recent investment research.

Analysts work in groups of 2-3 members, and are required to pitch at least 2 companies throughout the semester. While the Portfolio Managers are responsible for position sizing and managing portfolio risk, the decision to buy or sell a company is ultimately up to the entire organization through a democratic vote.
